Meet new people and get to know the region better
Join us at Welcome Mingel on Thursday August 20, whether you’ve recently moved to Haugalandet, are a student, or have always lived here!
We’ll meet at Festiviteten at 16:00 for some mingling and something to drink, before heading out on a social and informal walking tour through Haugesund city centre. The walking tour will be led by Nils Konrad Bua, mayor of Haugesund kommune, with several stops along the way where we’ll get to know the city, local activities and each other a little better 👋
The tour will take us to places including Edda Kino, Byparken, Haugesund Teater and 77 Haugesund, before we finish at Bystranda with food and activities.
And of course, there will also be a few surprises and prize draws along the way!
